My dad kept double-dosing because he couldn't remember if he'd taken his pills, so these dials clipped right onto the bottle caps have been a game changer. Turning the top dial to the day is simple enough that he actually does it without being reminded.

I've been using these for a few weeks now and the way they clip onto the side of the bottle is so simple but effective. The two-pack means I can track both my morning and evening meds without mixing
